Plans cover residential heating appliances — gas and electric — that we can safely service. Whole-Home Heating covers your fireplace(s) plus the household heating appliances listed above; unusual counts or commercial equipment are quoted separately. We are not an HVAC contractor — central AC, forced-air furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork are not covered. Priority scheduling reflects our fastest coverage along the Highway 70 corridor (New Bern–Beaufort); outer towns are scheduled as soon as routing allows. Repair discounts apply to parts and labor on covered appliances. After-hours response is for gas-safety emergencies. Pricing shown is the annual membership; installation and repair work is quoted upfront before any work begins.
