Sign up once and we handle the yearly visit from there.
Call us or ask at your next visit. It's a yearly membership with no long contract.
Before the cold sets in, we call to schedule your yearly visit.
A certified technician inspects, cleans and safety-checks every covered appliance in one trip.

Gas appliances need a yearly check. We remember for you, and run a whole-home gas-safety sweep on the Whole-Home plan.
When the first cold snap hits and everyone calls at once, members get scheduled first.
Waived diagnostics and 10–15% off parts & labor mean one fix often covers your whole year's membership.
Plans cover residential gas appliances that we can safely service, plus a safety check and inspection of electric water heaters. Electric fireplaces and other electric heaters are not covered. Whole-Home Heating covers your fireplace(s) plus the household appliances listed above; unusual counts or commercial equipment are quoted separately. We are not an HVAC contractor. Central AC, forced-air furnaces, heat pumps and ductwork are not covered. Priority scheduling reflects our fastest coverage along the Highway 70 corridor between New Bern and Beaufort; outer towns are scheduled as soon as routing allows. Repair discounts (10% on Hearth Care, 15% on Whole-Home Heating and Rental Ready) apply to parts and labor on covered appliances. Pricing shown is the annual membership; installation and repair work is quoted upfront before any work begins. If you smell gas, leave and call 911 or your gas company rather than us. A suspected leak is theirs to make safe.
