Our story
Hi, I'm Wayne.
I'm a Master Appliance Technician and the owner of Wayne's Appliance Service, serving the Crystal Coast. My family has worked on North Carolina homes for three generations, and I'm proud to carry that on right here in New Bern. When you call, you get me or one of my own technicians — not a rotating crew dispatched from out of town, and not a subcontractor we've never met.
Over the years that's added up to more than 250 completed fireplace installations and repairs across Craven, Carteret, Onslow, and Pitt counties — most of them for repeat customers or referrals, which is the only review score that's ever really mattered to a family business.
